What is Facilitated Co-Working
Every week, your expert facilitator guides individual and group activity to make sure everyone stays on task and foster communication, collaboraion and enhance the decision-making process.
What is Working Out Loud?
Working out loud is a collaborative process where group members openly share progress, challenges, and insights. By doing so, you gain fresh perspectives, tap into collective wisdom, and benefit from the diverse experiences from group members. This process not only enhances your own growth but also fosters a collaborative ecosystem where everyone learns from each other and thrives together.
What is Exploration about?
in-personThrough workshops, guest speakers, and interactive in person activities, we ignite your creativity and expand your possibilities. This process of exploration fuels innovation, helping you discover new solutions and uncover untapped opportunities for your business. Right now, our in-person activities will be held in Richmond, VA and surrounding counties.
Can Anyone Join?
We're dedicated to seeing you thrive and we want to make sure you have the best community of people to support you in your business growth. Every member in this group will be hand selected through an application process to ensure this is the right fit. The program is best suited for entrepreneurs and small business owners who have a working knowledge of the business startup process.
Weekly Themes
The Business Accelerator .pod. is designed around a series of weekly themes that offer a unique blend of facilitated co-working, working out loud and exploration for comprehensive support. Every month weekly themes are repeated.

Week 1: Work Space - A distraction-free work session to work on business tasks.

Week 2: Show & Tell - Group members present a segment of a completed project or program to the group for immediate feedback.

Week 3: Work Space - Use the feedback from weeks 1 and 2 and work on your next action steps.

Week 4: Exploration - Shut down negative self-talk and a limited mindset with energy booster coaching, workshops, and more to open your imagination and learn how other business owners are achieving success.
